What this site is
PahrumpSeptic.com is an independent advertising and referral website. We explain how septic systems work and what local rules say, and we route calls and requests to a participating local contractor serving Pahrump.
What this site isn't
- Not a septic contractor or pumping company
- Not a government agency. For permits and requirements, contact Nye County Building & Safety.
- Not a source of reviews or ratings
How we write
When we state a rule or a recommendation, we link the source: the U.S. EPA, the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, Nye County, or the Nevada Administrative Code. If something has changed, the official source wins.
Participating contractors
Participating contractors are expected to hold the appropriate Nevada license and insurance. Verify any contractor at nvcontractorsboard.com.
